THE NORTHERN IRELAND TRANSPLANT ASSOCIATION (N.I.T.A.)
After receiving a transplant, David Robinson founded N.I.T.A. with the help of his wife Beverly in 1991
The organisation became a charity registered with the Inland Revenue
(No XR19630) in 1992.
It was founded to provide support for people awaiting organ transplants, transplant recipients and donor families and to provide community awareness of the need for organ donation.
