WHO WE ARE
The organisation consists of all those concerned with organ transplantation. By January 2007 we had grown from 2 to 200 members. The Association is run by a Committee of volunteers.
Transplantation raises all sorts of difficult, practical and emotional issues and we exist to complement the information and support of medical staff.
We are only a phone call or e-mail away and can put you in touch with someone who has been through a similar experience.
Another important aspect of our work is the promotion of the Donor Card Scheme and Register at information stands, flag days, fairs and agricultural shows while fund raising throughout Northern Ireland
Membership is confidential and free to anyone interested in transplant issues. Members are added to the list as we are given their names.
